Shipping & Returns

Please note that many of our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• For digital items: No refunds due to the nature of digital items.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Email adulting@districtconsulting.co and provide:
   1. Product name(s)
   2. Reason for return
   3. Order number
2. You will receive details on where to return your order
3. Please note you may be responsible for the shipping costs of your return.
